Dojo Montreal Shotokan Karate teaches traditional Japanese Karate in the pure tradition, it emphasizes physical and mental development, character development, discipline, respect, self-improvement, self-confidence and learning self-defence techniques.

It offers lessons for children, teenagers, men and women. Everyone evolves at their own pace and gets involved in their own way.

The Dojo is part of QUEBEC ISKF member of the International Shotokan Karate Federation. Several members of the organization are high caliber competitors who distinguish themselves at provincial, national and international championships.

The instructors' mission is to preserve and spread traditional Japanese karate through exceptional instruction.
